   • For on-campus courses, you can cancel your enrollment and request a full refund within 15 days of your admission, provided that you have not attended any classes or used any facilities. After 15 days, no refund or cancellation will be entertained. To cancel your enrollment and request a refund, you need to contact CGIHM by phone or email and provide your admission details and reason for cancellation.
   • For products, you can cancel your order and request a full refund before the product is shipped. After the product is shipped, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.    • For services, you can cancel your booking and request a full refund before the service is delivered. After the service is delivered, no refund or cancellation will be entertained.
